Installation of hydraulic seal

Before installation, the surface quality of the seal shall be checked first, and there shall be no flash, burr, crack and trimming. For defects such as porosity and porosity, the geometric size and accuracy of the seal shall meet the standard requirements.
1 Check the relevant surfaces of piston, cylinder barrel and installation guide sleeve to ensure they are clean, free of burrs and edges.
2 The installation tool shall be smooth, free of edges and sharp corners to ensure that the seal will not be damaged in any form during installation
3 During installation, a small amount of lubricating grease can be painted on the sealing element and the relevant surface of the cylinder barrel to facilitate installation, but no residual lubricating grease is allowed between the rubber elastomer and the sliding sealing ring, otherwise the sealing performance will be affected.
4. The concentricity of piston and cylinder barrel shall be maintained for both vertical and horizontal installation. Excessive eccentricity may damage the seal.
5 The installation speed should not be too fast, otherwise the seal will be damaged
